What to do when unable to log in to Miner Account

Issue: Users are reporting that they are unable get logged in on to their Miner account and getting an error message. 


Please see attached screenshot for the sample error message:


Possible causes:

  • Entered email address is incorrect.
  • Possible upper or lower cause on registered email is not entered correctly.
  • VPN / Security program may be prohibiting access.


  1. Make sure email address is entered correctly.
  2. Disable any VPN or Security program running when trying to log in.
  3. Try a different browser to test logging in.
  4. Try a different network (Wi-Fi, mobile data, hotspot, etc.) to test logging in.
