What to do when Hummingbot Help Center (Support Chat Bot) not showing
Issue: Users are reporting that Hummingbot Help Center (Support Chat Bot) are not visible and unable to used. Affected users mostly using most up-to-date Mozilla Firefox.

Possible cause:
- Enhance Tracking Protection is ON (Default on Firefox). For more info please visit this page.
Solution:
- Disable Enhance Tracking Protection for Hummingbot Miner site.
Steps:
- Click Shield Icon
- Toggle Enhanced Tracking Protection to Off
