OOE payouts resumed

As stated previously, we had paused OOE payouts to avoid possible losses due to the fact that they have migrated contracts and that KuCoin hadn’t updated their system to reflect this. Not being able to distinguish non-KuCoin wallets from KuCoin ones, we had no way of preventing sending tokens to deprecated addresses.

We are glad to announce KuCoin has now updated their system and that OOE payouts will be resumed.
In order to avoid any losses, please make sure to remove any old KuCoin wallets and generate new ones. Failure to do so will result in irrevocable token losses.
