Issue: Users are reporting that they are unable get logged in on to their Miner account and getting an error message.
Please see attached screenshot for the sample error message:
- Entered email address is incorrect.
- Possible upper or lower cause on registered email is not entered correctly.
- VPN / Security program may be prohibiting access.
- Make sure email address is entered correctly.
- Disable any VPN or Security program running when trying to log in.
- Try a different browser to test logging in.
- Try a different network (Wi-Fi, mobile data, hotspot, etc.) to test logging in.
