Important announcement: OXEN campaign on KuCoin

Hi Miners, 

Technical issues related to KuCoin's dual naming for Oxen (ex Loki) are preventing us from tracking orders correctly and also causing problems on older versions of the Hummingbot client, used by many users to participate in the campaign. Additionally, KuCoin might be de-listing the project soon.

That is why we have decided to pause the campaign till further notice, so that we can have more clarity on the these two issues. We apologized for the inconvenience this might have cause you, but both issues surfaced after announcing the start of the campaign.
