What to do when Hummingbot Help Center (Support Chat Bot) not showing

Issue: Users are reporting that Hummingbot Help Center (Support Chat Bot) are not visible and unable to used. Affected users mostly using most up-to-date Mozilla Firefox.

Possible cause:

• Enhance Tracking Protection is ON (Default on Firefox). For more info please visit this page.

Solution:

• Disable Enhance Tracking Protection for Hummingbot Miner site.

Steps:

1. Click Shield Icon
2. Toggle Enhanced Tracking Protection to Off
